✨ March 3rd, 2025 – Time to Break Free from The Clutter Cycle ✨
CELEBRATE WITH ME! After a three year journey and two years of writing, the day has finally come!
I am beyond excited to announce the official launch of my book, Decluttering with ADHD Workbook for Women: 9 Powerful Steps to Break Free from The Clutter Cycle, Embrace Minimalism, and Rediscover Your Inner Peace.
A literal dream come true!
If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed by clutter, looked out over a sea of unmade decisions and slowly drowned, struggled with organization, or found that traditional ideology just doesn’t work for you - this book was crafted with you in mind. If you’ve watched and tried everything from rainbow color coordination to professional organizing that just explodes two weeks later, I invite you to take a deeper look. »
Why I Wrote This Book
It’s simple, really. Decluttering quite literally changed my life. I now have the spoons 🥄 to do things I actually want to do. Whereas four years ago, that definitely wasn’t the case. Having a sense of newfound peace, I wanted to share my journey in hopes of motivating and inspiring at least one amazing woman, and it would help her accomplish her decluttering goals.
As a woman with both AuDHD and MS, I know firsthand how frustrating and exhausting the clutter cycle can be. The often well-meaning advice to “just get organized” doesn’t consider the unique ways our brains function. That’s why I created this step-by-step workbook, to help women like you reclaim their space, embrace minimalism in a way that works for their neurodivergent mind, and make your home into a sacred space.
It’s a self-help book, and it includes the healing benefits of journaling all in one. At the end of each chapter, you will be prompted to reflect on your outward and inner journey. This is a sure-fire way to develop and maintain new skills, habits, and awareness.

What Decluttering Does for Your Mind
Clutter is both a silent cry from your mind and a loud invitation from your soul - to look at your inner landscape to create a more harmonious environment. Let’s face it, clutter is stressful. Whether you see it every time you walk by a DOOM pile or even if the urgency has shifted to the back of your mind and you’ve become blind to the mess of papers pi…
What’s Inside “Decluttering with ADHD”?
This workbook will not only help you tidy up; it will also help you create an intentional relationship with your possessions and a functional home that truly supports you. Inside, you’ll find:
Every chapter is a step in my D.E.C.L.U.T.T.E.R. Method. Which can be read linearly, but in true ADHD fashion, you’ll be able to bounce around to what suits you best
Simple, actionable steps, and various strategies you can choose that work best for you
Journaling prompts to really sink into decluttering as a mindfulness practice and self-care act
A hot take on minimalism for us ADHDers
Encouragement, empowerment, and real-life strategies through my own anecdotal experience. Did you know while decluttering I found a can of cat food for a cat I didn’t own?

We are all walking each other home
This book is more than just helpful tips and tricks; it’s a movement toward freedom, ease, and self-acceptance. Let me tell you, it is HARD trying to create something that no one has done before. Something that is not mainstream and is wholly unconventional. It would mean the absolute world to me if you grabbed a copy, left a comment, or even shared my debut. It would mean that I could help at least one person with my out-of-the-box methods, and hopefully, help change their life.
When you grab your copy, I’d love to hear from you! Tag me on social media, share your thoughts, and let’s celebrate this journey together.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being part of this launch. This book exists because of women like you (and me). Women who are ready to say “enough is enough” and start the process of unburdening their lives. Women who are done with the noise, want to learn how their mind works, and create the peace they truly deserve - because we only have so many spoons.
With love from the hearth,
Before you go…
