Coincidences, synchronicities, miracles, and unexplainable experiences have always had a way of finding me. I became aware of them as early as six years old. I began calling them “theme days”. Little did I know, in the spiritual context, this awareness was priming me for unimaginable life events.
Theme Days looked like this: I would notice something that kept repeating. It could have been anything from airplanes to peanut butter. From the TV to conversations, grocery stores to school, and playing in the backyard, an object would continue to appear in some form or another. Peculiar. I told my mom about this, and she told me it also happens to her.
At the restaurant where she worked, she would notice that collectively, most people on certain days would end up ordering the same thing, even though it wasn’t on special. This phenomenon also happens in hospitals, and now that I’m older, I notice it happens in spiritual healing circles, too. Or when my husband and I walk into an empty store, club, or restaurant, and all of a sudden, the whole place becomes packed. His mom said that when that happens, angels are with you. I believe her.
How The Universe Speaks To Us
These occurrences, no matter how small, are communication from the universe. Angels, spirit, source, the creator, God, whatever you want to call the All. The energetic presence that is all around us. The source from whence we came, and the creator we pull insight, inspiration, and creativity from, wants to speak with us. We’ve just forgotten how to listen.
We listen and understand through the language of the heart. Through signs, symbols, art, animals, nature, metaphors, symbology, coincidences, and miracles that feel like magic. Little did I know that my Theme Days were actually stepping stones to manifestation.
Manifestation has a lot of hype these days. There are countless books, coaches, meditation teachers, Reiki practitioners, and spiritual entrepreneurs who teach the art and law of manifestation. They are one in a dozen. The reason for this is that manifestation is real. It’s real because we are Spirit. We are creators. We all have the spark of the universe within us.
Manifestation is the process of transforming intangible thoughts, ideas, dreams, and desires into physical matter. Into this 3D reality. We all have the ability to make this happen because we are Spirit. We can make things happen. Free will, you know. That’s why it’s so important to understand that where our focus goes, the energy flows. How you spend your energy is what you call more of into your life.
If you focus on gossip, complaining, arguing, being angry, resentful, or jealous, you'll inevitably call more of those feelings into your life. If you focus on love, forgiveness, and connection, you’ll call more of that into your life. Whichever you choose, you’ll begin seeing these things as Theme Days, weeks, or months.
My experience with manifestation is wild and ever-weaving its magic through my life. I have manifested my career, home, spouse, our RV, vacations, and almost every contest or raffle I enter - I win it. Believe me, these things didn’t just fall into my lap. They required so much trust, faith, inner work, following my heart and intuition, focus, and keeping an eye out for the signs and symbols along the way.
How to Manifest
Whether you are new to manifestation or not, these steps never get old and are a good reminder of the process. Here is what the process of manifestation looks like, so you too can call in magic and abundance in unimaginable ways -
Get clear on what you want to bring into your energy field by setting an intention.
Take the right actions by following your intuition - following the signposts
Continue to show gratitude for all things
Visualize your desire through meditation, scripting, spells, poetry, or your senses
Affirm your desire through affirmations, poetry, scripting, witchcraft, or mantras.
Trust that your manifestations will come to you.
Get out into nature - trust me.
Release and detach from the outcome. Allow your imagination to run free with wild ways your manifestations could appear. Understand that they may not always appear the exact way we want, but even better. (This is the step that requires inner work to move through doubt, low self-esteem, belief, skepticism, and impostor syndrome.)
In short, this all equates to Ask + Believe = Receive or Intention + Action = Magic. You are the magic. You are the magic wand to make things happen. You are the vessel that brings things into the physical realm. You are the creator of your thoughts, ideas, beliefs, and your reality. You can do anything you set your mind to. Believe that.
Tools and Guides
There are so many amazing courses and books on this topic. Here are a few of my favorite -
The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle
A Course on Miracles by Helen Schucman
and if you like working with the moon for your manifestations, my book
Finding Me in Lunar Alchemy can help take you on that manifestation journey using the lunar cycle as your guide.

Full Strawberry Moon in Sagittarius
The moon's significance and symbology is all about magic, spiritual growth, the unseen, the shadow, emotions, subconscious thought, feelings, and the collective unconscious. We as a people follow the cycles of the seasons and the moon without even being aware of it. But when you do become aware of this deeply primal and instinctive part of your soul, and you attune to the wisdom of these cycles, you activate a whole new sense of being and belonging.
